The device is constructed of carbon steel and has a total height of 1.8m. It is equipped with two pairs of wheels, and can therefore be easily mobilized if necessary. The cylindrical vessel is constructed of Stainless Steel 316 Ti, 110 liters for 10-15 kg (40 cm diameter and 70 cm length) and 160 liters for 16-25 Kg (50 cm diameter and 75 cm length), with one automatic hinge door. Two coils around the vessel are functioning as a steam jacket and a cooling coil. The vessel is supported by two arms which are also used to rotate the vessel for loading (45°), treatment (0°) and unloading (180°) positions. These arms are welded to the body of the vessel. The vessel is turned by a motor, and the positions are indicated by magnetic switches. The unit includes an internal steam generator (9KW), automatically controlled by the electronic system. The vessel is constructed with internal sprinklers for an automatic cleaning process.
